Company Profile
Philip W. Grande Jr. - Co-Owner
Co-Owner Phil Grande is available to help with
purchases or consulting questions. With 20 years
in the green industry, Phil holds a Connecticut
DEP Supervisor’s license for pesticide
application and he is an ALCA certified CLT
(Certified Landscape Technician). He can help
with any issues you have regarding landscape
products or services or compliance issues. As
treasurer of the Connecticut Grounds Keepers
Association and the Environmental Industry
Council feel free to inquire about either of
these industry allied groups.
Justin D. Grande - Co-Owner
As one of the founding members, Justin gained an
appreciation for the landscape industry early on
with Phil’s Lawn Service. Justin received his BS
from the University of Southern New Hampshire in
1995. He worked as a manager with Prudential
Relocation before taking an ownership role with
Ivy League Landscaping. Justin is involved in
the operations and outside sales. Justin is a
licensed pesticide operator and is currently
completing his (CLT Certification) Certified
Landscape Technician.Deb Grande - Accounts
Manager
With the company since 1998, Deb has a strong
grasp of the industry, and is the point of
contact for our Commercial division. She
makes sure that your ideas are communicated to
the crews and work is done in an orderly and
quick manor.
Steve Parlato - Operations Manager
With the company since 1996, Steve has taken
on the role as Operations Manager, he supervises
5 landscape crews and 6 maintenance crews.
